Improved Export Lists with Seating Sector (Table) Ordering
Exported attendee lists can now be ordered by Seating Sector (Tables). This option applies to events that include a seating plan, and is available for both Excel exports and Visual List templates.
When exporting a Visual List, the document will automatically break pages by sector, making it easier for staff to manage guests sector by sector. For dinner events, sectors typically correspond to tables, allowing hosting teams, catering staff, or guest managers to work with clearly organized lists.
The same ordering option is also available for Excel exports, helping you structure your data consistently with the event’s seating plan.

Manual Check-In from Attendee Detail (iOS App)
In the Magnetiq iOS app, manual check-in is now performed from within the attendee detail page.
This change helps prevent accidental check-ins by requiring a clear confirmation step, while keeping the attendee list focused on status visibility.
From the same screen, staff can also cancel a check-in if needed and manage associated plus-ones more efficiently.

RSVP Form Link in Attendee Details
After sending an RSVP email campaign, you can now copy the RSVP form link directly from the attendee detail page.
This makes it easy to share the form via alternative channels — such as WhatsApp or other messaging tools — beyond email campaigns.
The link always points to the form of the most recent RSVP email campaign, with attendee details prefilled and locked.

Event Ticket & Passes — New Sharing Options
You can now share individual tickets directly from the attendee detail page.
The new “Event Ticket & Passes” box gives you quick access to:
Files are automatically named FirstName-LastName of the attendee for easy recognition. (Google Wallet works via link, so no file name applies.)
Admin controls: In Event Settings, admins can decide whether managers can access these ticket links. (By default, manager access is disabled.)
If seat numbers are included in tickets, a reminder appears above the download options to confirm seating is finalized before sharing.
These options make it simple to share tickets one-to-one via WhatsApp or email, without creating a full campaign. For mass sends, campaigns remain the best solution.

Event Documents & NFC Check-In
We’ve just released two powerful features to make on-site event execution smoother and more professional. You can now upload and share event documents that your team can access directly from the mobile app — and enable NFC-based check-in for an elegant, contactless guest experience, even with printed invitations.
You can now upload PDFs and images from the web app, and make them available to your team inside the Magnetiq iOS app.
Once a file is uploaded, a new Documents section will appear in the mobile event view — giving your on-site team quick access to:
No need to share files manually — everything is in one place, accessible directly from the app.

You can now pair NFC tags with guest profiles and use them for check-in or access control — a fast and elegant alternative to QR codes.
This is ideal for events where guests receive a printed invitation or badge, and for controlling secure zones like backstage or staff-only areas.
With the iOS app, you can:
No QR code or phone screen required — just a tap.

iOS App Update: New Attendees Section & Remove Attendee Feature
We’ve made managing attendees on the go even easier. The latest Magnetiq iOS app update introduces a redesigned Attendees section and a new option to remove attendees directly from the app.
The Attendees section now brings all event participants into one place:
